The 2021 Azerbaijan Grand Prix delivered on all of its pre-race hype and promise. For starters, the ‘no repeat winner’ stat remained intact after Sergio Perez scored his first race win for Red Bull Racing. Max Verstappen’s retirement meant that Perez still has a better record of points and podiums in Baku! A Safety Car has made an appearance at every single race in Baku till date.
