Lewis Hamilton is a twin World Champion! Kudos! But had the power train issues dogged the British driver in Abu Dhabi, we can only wonder (and we do so) what a mess the sport, Mercedes and Hamilton would be in. Thank Heavens! And thank you to Nico Rosberg for ensuring we don’t get bored in 2014. And on that note, a thank you to Jenson Button too, but no special thanks to Alonso…? Tune in.

Kunal Shah is an FIA-accredited Formula 1 journalist who has been reporting on Formula 1 for nearly two decades. He worked with the Force India Formula 1 Team for 6 seasons in Marketing, Sponsorship and Commercial roles. As a former single-seater racer, he was responsible for Force India's grassroots talent program, One from a Billion Hunt.
